These terms cover your use of relay-pos.com. A restaurant's use of Relay POS is covered by its own written agreement with Relay. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Using this site
- You may browse this site and contact us about Relay.
- Only sign in to a restaurant you are authorized to manage. Don't try to get into accounts, devices or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service.
- Keep your sign-in methods to yourself. Tell the restaurant owner or us right away if you think someone else has used your sign-in.
Content
The Relay name, logo, screenshots and text on this site belong to Relay. Screenshots show a made-up demo restaurant.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Relay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
